Vocab 2


  • Line=a length of cord, rope, wire, or other material serving a particular purpose.

  • Shape=the external form or appearance characteristic of someone or something; the outline of an area or figure.

  • Color=the property possessed by an object of producing different sensations on the eye as a result of the way the object reflects or emits light.

  • Value/Tone=A very important element in, especially drawings and paintings, is value (or tone).

  • Texture=the feel, appearance, or consistency of a surface or a substance.

  • Space=a continuous area or expanse that is free, available, or unoccupied.
